| If there is no answer/ communication from you after 1 month the commission will be cancelled. (No refund) |
| If you don’t allow me to post your commission it will cost you another extra fee (+40%) |
| After the commission is finished I will not stay in contact. |
| Time & process |

| My art may take from a few weeks to a few months. Please do not rush me or constantly ask for updates. |
| Setting a deadline will charge you an additional fee. (+10-40%) |
| It may happen that I get an art block or something comes up, I will notify you about this. Please know this can happen and don’t get mad at me. |
| After sending you the sketch I may send more updates, it is up to you how many you’d like. (0-4) |
| You can always check my process on my Trello linked on the home page. |
| Payment |

| You can pay me on my ko-fi page. Payment via my VGen is also possible |
| Before starting you must pay me 40%. After approving of my sketch you’ll pay the other 60% |
| Refunds are not possible, unless I can’t finish your commission. |
| For expensive commissions (over €60) you will only have to pay 20% beforehand. |
| Use + extra fees |

| You can post my art, just credit me as the artist. |
| Commercial use (light): art that will promote your product/ channel is ok. I will not charge extra fees, just don’t claim it as yours. |
| Commercial use: if you use my art for your business or sell it as merch it will cost you another 75%. If you do so make sure to still credit me |
| Do not upload my art on Pinterest, even if it is credited. |
| Do not feed my art to AI and don’t trace my commission |
| You can heavy reference the commission, I will not charge you for this. (Only if you bought it) |
| Uploading/using other people’s commissions is NOT allowed |
